Fantasy Football ADP Risers and Fallers: Emeka Egbuka, TreVeyon Henderson, and More
Matthew Freedman surveys the fantasy football landscape to highlight the notable risers and fallers in average draft position, as well as how managers should be approaching each.
Now that we're done with Week 2 of the preseason, it's time for another update on the notable fantasy football ADP risers and fallers.
Here are the guys who have made big moves up and down our Fantasy Life ADP Draft Board over the past week, with some quick notes and whether I'm buying, selling, or holding the players at the new prices.

Risers in Fantasy Football ADP
Guillotine Leagues™
RB Sean Tucker (Buccaneers - ADP: 221.6, +16.0): No. 2 RB Rachaad White (groin) exited last week with an injury, and then HC Todd Bowles said the team should give the ball more to Tucker. Even so, he's still far behind No. 1 RB Bucky Irving. Action: Hold.
WR Emeka Egbuka (Buccaneers - ADP: 105.0, +4.8): WRs Chris Godwin (ankle) and Jalen McMillan (neck) are injured, No. 1 WR Mike Evans (32 years old) is past his prime, and Egbuka has been a first-team playmaker this preseason. His Guillotine Leagues™ ADP is still far behind his Underdog ADP (65.0), so I expect his stock to rise even more from here. Action: Buy.
Underdog
RB Quinshon Judkins (Browns - ADP: 118.0, +24.4): The second-round rookie got good news last week—he won't face charges stemming from his misdemeanor domestic battery arrest earlier this summer. Even so, the NFL is continuing to investigate Judkins, and he's still yet to sign with the team. Action: Hold.
RB Braelon Allen (Jets - ADP: 142.1, +11.4): As Dwain McFarland noted in his preseason Week 2 takeaways piece, Allen has been rotating in with starter Breece Hall. In what figures to be a run-heavy offense, the big-bodied second-year Allen could have a substantial role. Action: Buy.
ESPN
WR Keenan Allen (Chargers - ADP: 128.4, +14.9): For the second week in a row, Allen makes an appearance on this list. The 12-year veteran saw 121 targets with the Bears last year, but I expect the Chargers to have a slow, run-heavy offense. Allen's ceiling is capped. Action: Hold.
RB TreVeyon Henderson (Patriots - ADP: 60.2, +10.5): Dwain McFarland and I disagreed on Henderson last week on the Fantasy Life Show. He's undoubtedly talented, but the Pats offense could be mediocre, and OC Josh McDaniels could choose to use Henderson as a rotational player. He's not as cheap on ESPN as he is on some other platforms … but he feels expensive for a guy who isn't certain to lead his backfield in opportunities. Action: Sell.
Sleeper
QB Joe Flacco (Browns - ADP: 279.2, +12.8): With Flacco sitting out Weeks 1-2 of the preseason, it was clear the Browns would eventually name him the starter, which they just did. Over his past 17 starts, he has 4,755 yards and 32 TDs passing. Action: Buy.
WR Dont'e Thornton (Raiders - ADP: 191.2, +14.2): Thornton continues to get preseason action with the first-team offense, and his athletic profile (4.3-second 40-yard dash at 6-5, 205 lbs.) gives him real upside. That said, he might be the No. 5 receiver on his team. Action: Hold.
Yahoo
WR Ricky Pearsall (49ers - ADP: 107.2, +4.3): In the absence of WRs Brandon Aiyuk (knee) and Jauan Jennings (calf), Pearsall has looked like a stud. Last week, he had an 88% route rate and 57% target rate with the starters, and in his four starts last year, he had 22-321-3 receiving on 28 targets with 3-45-0 rushing. Action: Buy.
RB Tank Bigsby (Jaguars - ADP: 114.9, +6.4): Bigsby had a respectable campaign last year (820 yards, seven TDs), and the Jags offense could be better this year with the addition of HC Liam Coen—but the backfield is now a jumbled mess, and Bigsby has no locked-in, defined role. Action: Sell.
CBS
WR Marvin Mims (Broncos - ADP: 153.4, +51.6): Mims had a full-time starting role in Week 1 and then rested with the starters in Week 2. I discussed my love for Mims recently with Ian Hartitz on the Fantasy Life Show. He's one of my favorite 2025 bench picks. Action: Buy.
RB Jordan Mason (Vikings - ADP: 99.5, +15.8): Mason has been hyped as a co-No. 1 RB with Aaron Jones throughout the preseason, and then he sat out with Jones and the rest of the starters this past weekend. That said, I'd rather get my Mason investment via ESPN, where he has the friendlier ADP (140.7). Action: Hold.
FFPC
WR Isaac TeSlaa (Lions - ADP: 287.5, +36.5): The team traded a lot in the draft to move up to get the Round 3 rookie, and he has impressed in the preseason with 8-105-2 on 11 targets. He could push his way into a starting job early in the year. Action: Buy.
RB Dameon Pierce (Texans - ADP: 301.1, +26.1): No. 1 RB Joe Mixon (foot/ankle) is injured. No. 2 RB Nick Chubb is entering his age-30 season. And Pierce is far ahead of rookie Woody Marks on the depth chart. The only problem is that he's Dameon Pierce. Action: Hold.

Fallers in Fantasy Football ADP
Guillotine Leagues™
WR Jordan Addison (Vikings - ADP: 91.0, -6.2): The third-year No. 2 WR is set to miss the first three weeks of the season, and the Vikings offense might take a step back with inexperienced QB J.J. McCarthy. Even so, with 1,808 yards and 20 TDs in his NFL career, Addison is a fantasy starter when available. Action: Hold.
WR Brandon Aiyuk (49ers - ADP: 123.9, -5.6): Last week, HC Kyle Shanahan said that Aiyuk is "on track to be back around Week 6." By then, he might be the No. 5 pass catcher on the team. Action: Sell.
Underdog
WR Jack Bech (Raiders - ADP: 203.2, -17.2): With his Round 2 draft capital, the rookie Bech entered training camp as the seeming frontrunner for the No. 2 WR job—but his preseason usage has proven him to be nothing more than a Jakobi Meyers backup. Action: Sell.
WR Quentin Johnston (Chargers - ADP: 173.1, -15.6): Johnston improved in his second season with a 55-711-8 receiving campaign … but then the team added rookies Tre Harris and KeAndre Lambert-Smith in the draft … and then it signed Keenan Allen a couple weeks ago … and then Johnston suffered a concussion this past weekend. Mercy. Action: Sell.
ESPN
RB Joe Mixon (Texans - ADP: 90.9, -30.2): Mixon (foot/ankle) has seen his fantasy stock plummet this offseason because of lingering injuries that have sidelined him throughout training camp. I'm skeptical he'll be ready for Week 1. And yet … he has averaged over 1,200 yards per season across his eight-year career. Action: Hold.
RB Jerome Ford (Browns - ADP: 159.3, -22.9): With Quinshon Judkins apparently closer to joining the team, Ford no longer has a clear path to playing time. Action: Sell.
Sleeper
QB Tyler Shough (Saints - ADP: 275.6, -13.5): Long gone are the days when I thought Shough was an ADP value. Even with his second-round draft capital, the rookie is in a QB competition with low-end backups. Even worse, he's losing. Action: Sell.
RB Rhamondre Stevenson (Patriots - ADP: 110.4, -4.2): Rookie TreVeyon Henderson has flashed in the preseason, and Stevenson missed practice last week with an undisclosed injury. But Stevenson I still expect to be the backfield leader, and he's one of my favorite Zero RB candidates. Action: Buy.
Yahoo
WR Chris Godwin (Buccaneers - ADP: 96.6, -7.6): Godwin (ankle) suffered a season-ending dislocation last year, and he is increasingly unlikely to be ready for Week 1. On top of that, rookie first-rounder Emeka Egbuka has impressed in his absence. Action: Sell.
WR Rashee Rice (Chiefs - ADP: 63.5, -3.6): Rice is set to have a disciplinary hearing with the NFL at the end of September because of off-field conduct … which means that, instead of missing Weeks 1-3 with a suspension, he could miss an all-important stretch of games in the middle of the season. But when he's on the field, he's the No. 1 WR for QB Patrick Mahomes. Action: Buy.
CBS
WR Chris Olave (Saints - ADP: 119.7, -14.6): Olave opened his career with back-to-back 1,000-yard campaigns, but then he missed half of last year with a concussion, and his QB situation doesn't seem to have improved. Action: Hold.
RB Najee Harris (Chargers - ADP: 97.4, -6.7): Harris (eye) has missed most of training camp because of a fireworks-related injury suffered on the Fourth of July, but he returned to practice last week, and I expect OC Greg Roman to like his between-the-tackles ability. In what could be a run-heavy offense, Harris has flex potential and is an upside handcuff for ride-or-die second-round rookie Omarion Hampton. Across four NFL seasons, Harris has never had fewer than 1,200 scrimmage yards. Action: Hold.
FFPC
QB Matthew Stafford (Rams - ADP: 182.4, -22.5): Entering last week, reporters expected Stafford (back) to return to practice … and then he didn't. Concern, chaos, catastrophe. Etc. Whatever. He returned to practice this week. That Stafford is already injured is the sign that he's in midseason form. Action: Buy.
TE Darren Waller (Dolphins - ADP: 207.8, -18.4): Waller (age, condition) is still on active/PUP after spending last year away from football, and even though Week 1 is on the horizon, HC Mike McDaniel still won't commit to him practicing this week. When TE premium practitioners are fading a guy who once put up back-to-back 1,100-yard seasons, you know the situation is bad. Action: Sell.
