Fantasy Football Stock Watch: Xavier Worthy And More Risers And Fallers For All 32 NFL Teams
Geoff Ulrich dives deep into all 32 NFL teams to determine the players who are rising and falling for fantasy football 2025.
As training camp rolls on and preseason begins, I’ll be doing weekly tracking of the biggest storylines, headlines, and news and notes for all 32 teams.
Specifically, I’ll be examining which players' ADPs have been gaining steam or traction, as well as noting any important news, such as injuries or off-field issues, and how these have impacted ADP.
I’ll also be giving you updates from our FantasyLife+ ADP Tool, which tracks players’ ADPs across all major sites, including Underdog.
Tracking the difference between players' ADPs on redraft sites like Yahoo or ESPN versus Underdog is important, as Underdog best ball players are drafting nonstop over the summer, and the drafts there will always be more reflective of the latest valuations (at least until we get to mid-August).
In short, if a player’s Underdog ADP is way higher or lower than his consensus on redraft sites, I’ll make a note.
And also just a quick note, you can get access to the ADP Tool with a FantasyLife+ subscription, which comes with a ton of other cool stuff like weekly and yearly projections, and the Utilization Report, which gives you the best week-to-week player usage information in the biz, among other amazing stuff.
Fantasy Football Stock Watch, Risers And Fallers Impacting Fantasy Football 2025
Arizona Cardinals
Trey Benson | RB 📈
The news cycle with Trey Benson has been very positive this offseason. It’s never a bad thing when the defense is starting to compare you to the starting RB.
It’s also not a bad thing when the starting RB, James Conner, starts talking about how strong you are.
Benson is starting to get some heat in the best ball streets, although his ADP is still in line with redraft sites and still very reasonable compared to other handcuffs. He’s someone to keep an eye on in preseason, as his ADP could move if he works with the starters or rips off a couple of big runs.
James Conner | RB 📉
I don’t expect the Cardinals to abandon Conner at all this season, but if Benson gets more work, it’s bad news for Conner’s fantasy value.
The best ball community has started to read the tea leaves a bit here with a 30-year-old starting RB trying to fend off a legit second-year threat as Conner’s ADP is now 61.3 Underdog, but sitting between 48-53 on most redraft sites.
Again, it’s not time to panic, but it’s a situation to monitor as the news flow has been all positive on Benson. Conner could also be a huge value if the Benson breakout falters.
Atlanta Falcons
There hasn’t been much news from the Falcons camp. They are essentially just rolling out the same WR trio (Drake London, Darnell Mooney, and Ray-Ray McCloud), and after London’s big finish with Michael Penix Jr., the USC product has been a mainstay as a high 2nd-round pick.
Bijan Robinson is entrenched as a starter, and Tyler Allgeier is the backup.
Michael Penix Jr. | QB 📈
The player who is moving a little is Penix. The Kirk Cousins fears have subsided, and the Falcons are projected to have a poor defense again.
His Underdog ADP has risen steadily this summer and will likely continue to rise if he shows well in preseason and camp. Baltimore Ravens
Keaton Mitchell | RB ⏩
The Ravens made some light moves at WR, but one name to keep an eye on is RB Keaton Mitchell. He’s come out and said he’s completely healthy and back to where he was before his injury, in terms of speed.
The Ravens are likely to use him on kickoffs and as more of a gadget player, but if he shows well in camp and preseason, it’s plausible he supplants Justice Hill as the backup.
Buffalo Bills
There isn’t much to report here. This is a team with Super Bowl aspirations with a fairly set lineup.
James Cook/Ray Davis | RB🤔
The one fly in the ointment right now, of course, is the James Cook contract negotiation. As of now, Cook isn’t holding out (or in), but if he does, it could open up an opportunity for Davis to take more starter reps.
Something to watch. As of now, Davis’ ADP hasn’t moved a ton on Underdog, but would shoot up in a hurry if the Cook situation gets messy.
Carolina Panthers
Tetairoa McMillan | WR 🥵
The hype is getting very real for Tetairoa McMillan. He’s looked great in camp, has been getting a ton of hype from beat reporters, and looks like he may be the best WR in the draft.
His ADP now sits at 41.3 on UD but is still way ahead of where he is going on redraft sites like Yahoo and Sleeper. That gap will likely close quickly, especially once he makes appearances in preseason games.
McMillan is getting respect, but still going well below where rookies like Marvin Harrison and Malik Nabers went last season. It’s possible his valuation continues to rise as camp progresses.
Chicago Bears
Everyone seems to be waiting here to see how the Bears' new offense will look under Ben Johnson.
Caleb Williams is currently going off around QB 12, but could move up if the Bears' offense balls out in preseason.
The same goes for WR Rome Odunze and TE Colston Loveland.
Incumbent starting TE Cole Kmet, who has a $50M contract, still exists and that has likely kept Loveland’s ADP suppressed somewhat. If Kmet runs with the starters in preseason (or vice versa), it could cause a big panic move down for Loveland.
Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals are essentially just running it back this season.
With both WRs locked into new contracts, there is no big news to report, and the most significant thing will be ensuring Joe Burrow makes it to Week 1 without some kind of freak injury.
Defensively, they are in a stalemate with first-round pick Shemar Stewart, who is now threatening to return to college.
A weaker defense would likely only mean more reliance on the arm of Burrow.
Cleveland Browns
Quinshon Judkins | RB 👎
The big news out of camp was the arrest of rookie RB Quinshon Judkins on misdemeanor domestic battery charges. The Browns haven’t made any formal move, and Judkins remains unsigned.
This is a wait-and-see situation, and the allegations and evidence are serious enough that the NFL may consider placing Judkins on paid leave pending the resolution of the criminal charges.
His ADP on Underdog has plummeted to 88.3, which is 10+ spots from where it sits on many redraft sites (where his ADP has also fallen).
Jerome Ford/Dylan Sampson | RB 📈
Jerome Ford is the veteran back who is likely to benefit the most from any Judkins absence. Rookie fifth-rounder Dylan Sampson was drafted more as a change-of-pace option, but could be called into more of a tandem role.
Sampson’s ADP has risen substantially of late, and he’s going well inside the top 200 now on Underdog.
Dallas Cowboys
George Pickens | WR 📈
People are starting to realize the potential George Pickens might have if he plays a full season on an offense that actually wants to throw him the ball.
Pickens has been a mover on Underdog and is now going in the top 50 picks there with a 49.7 ADP (as of writing).
So far, this hasn’t affected CeeDee Lamb’s ADP at all, although if Pickens were to ball out in preseason, it could start to frighten some people from drafting Lamb in the top 5.
Denver Broncos
RJ Harvey | RB🤷
RJ Harvey has been in a holding pattern since the Broncos signed J.K. Dobbins. His ADP of 63 on Underdog is in line with many of the redraft sites as we speak.
The Broncos signed him to his rookie deal this week, and he looks set to be used heavily in both the running and passing game.
J.K. Dobbins | RB 📈
Dobbins’ ADP on Underdog has shot up to where he is now going around 112, making him one of the more pricey, or elite, “handcuffs.” That’s about 30 spots higher than his ADP on most redraft sites.
I use the quotation marks because most people expect this to be a Mark Ingram/Alvin Kamara-type situation in Denver. Dobbins is coming off a solid season and should earn touches in a system that likes to rotate backs.
There is a good argument that he’s still the better value of the two.
Detroit Lions
Jameson Williams | WR 🧐
Everyone seems to be chasing the value on Williams, who broke out at the end of last year and posted his first 1,000-yard season.
He’s also gotten constant steam (positive) from coaches this offseason.
His 46.7 ADP on Underdog is now 15-20 spots lower than it is on most redraft sites.
It’s hard to see him going much higher than this, but it could happen if Amon-Ra St. Brown misses time at camp.
Amon Ra St. Brown | WR 🤔
St. Brown is still inside the top 12 in terms of ADP, but his Underdog ADP (11.3) is starting to move higher, compared to his redraft ADP.
If he shows good health in preseason and camp, it’s plausible he rebounds back into the top 10.
Green Bay Packers
Matthew Golden | WR ♨️
The rookie is becoming the Green Bay WR who drafters are flocking to. He’s got a 77.3 ADP on Underdog, while his redraft ADP remains above 90 on many sites.
This is another case of, “if he shows well in preseason, his ADP could move big.”
Right now, Golden seems to be the Green Bay WR who the market wants to trust.
Jordan Love | QB 🥶
Love was such a hot commodity last year, but now he is sitting with a 126 ADP on Underdog. He’s essentially being drafted as a high-end backup for fantasy.
If he and Golden connect in preseason, it could move his ADP up as well.
Houston Texans
Jayden Higgins | WR 🚀
His ADP is now under 100 on Underdog, about 30+ spots lower than it is on many redraft sites.
He seems to be the man people assume will be the secondary target in this offense, after Nico Collins.
Jaylin Noel | WR 🧐
Jaylin Noel is starting to gain some steam as a late-round flier on Underdog, where his ADP has crept under 200.
He makes the most sense to fill the Tank Dell role and could easily fly up boards if he makes some nice plays with the starters in preseason.
Indianapolis Colts
Anthony Richardson | QB 🤒
Richardson was just declared healthy for training camp after a shoulder setback sidelined him during OTAs. Thus far, it hasn’t affected his ADP much as he’s still going around the 190-200 mark on Underdog.
This could change as the battle for who will start Week 1 begins between Richardson and Daniel Jones. It’s a situation that deserves daily monitoring, especially if you’re doing a ton of best ball drafts.
Jones would be a positive for players like Josh Downs and Michael Pittman Jr., and especially rookie TE Tyler Warren.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Travis Etienne | RB 🤫
The Jaguars drafted Bhayshul Tuten in the fourth round, and Tank Bigsby is still around. However, Travis Etienne is still the entrenched starter and is hovering around the 100 mark in terms of ADP on Underdog, which feels mighty low.
If Tuten doesn’t play with the starters, or Bigsby doesn’t impress, it’s quite possible we see Etienne’s ADP rise the next month or two.
He does feel undervalued, and the market may just be slow to catch on here.
Kansas City Chiefs
Brashard Smith | RB 📈
The Chiefs' RB situation is going to be interesting to monitor. Rookie Brashard Smith has been getting good reports from those close to the team and is a very unique talent as a former WR turned RB.
None of the three other RBs behind Isiah Pacheco have an ADP above 200 on Underdog, but we could see a big move in ADP on Smith if he gets reps with the starters.
Rashee Rice | WR 📉
Rashee Rice looks like he’ll be missing some games this season after he was sentenced early this week for his role in a car crash in Dallas in 2024.
This is pretty fresh news, but you can expect his current 21.1 ADP on Underdog to potentially fall pretty hard, unless the NFL somehow comes out and decides not to suspend him.
Xavier Worthy | WR 📈
Worthy’s 46.0 ADP on Underdog was already 10+ spots ahead of his ADP on many redraft sites, and you can expect it to move up more after the Rice news.
Hollywood Brown (136.3 ADP) should also see a decent bump.
Las Vegas Raiders
There isn’t a whole lot to dissect from Raiders camp right now. This should be a condensed offense with Brock Bowers being the main target and Ashon Jeanty getting a big workload on the ground.
Whether Jeanty gets receiving work in preseason may affect his ADP later in the summer.
As of now, he’s hovering right around the 12.0 ADP mark on Underdog, but could become a late first-round pick again if the Raiders show they plan to use him extensively in the passing game.
Los Angeles Chargers
I could probably write an entire article/book on the Chargers this week. They had a lot going on with the retirement of Mike Williams, the signing of rookie holdout Tre Harris (minutes after Williams retired), and, of course, the Najee Harris fireworks accident.
Quentin Johnston | WR 📈
Quentin Johnston was thought to have serious competition for reps and targets this year from both Williams and the rookie Harris. Well, one of his main competitors is now gone.
As of now, Johnston looks very safe to continue in his starting role for the Chargers and may even benefit from having Harris around, as it will free him up to play more slot.
Tre Harris | WR 📈
Harris is the big winner from the Mike Williams retirement news. Harris is a big-bodied downfield threat who put up “stupid numbers” in college.
Harris’ ADP has been on the move big time over on Underdog, where he’s nearly cracked the top 100 with a 109.2 ADP as of this week, compared to his redraft ADP, which is still well outside 130 on most sites.
He’s someone you’ll want to monitor as preseason progresses. A good showing or exclusive play with the starters may even vault him higher yet.
Omarion Hampton | RB 📈
Omarion Hampton is getting starters' reps until Najee Harris returns from the NFI list.
Safe to say, every day he does his chances of starting and getting the bulk of the workload from Day 1 increase.
Najee Harris | RB 📉
The news from Harris’ side also doesn’t look great, as the injury seemingly went from not being a big deal to him visiting a specialist at Stanford. Keep your lighters in pockets, people!.
His ADP has been falling off a cliff of late. He’s now going around 118.6 on Underdog, but his ADP on many redraft sites is below 100. It’s possible the market overreacted here, but if he doesn’t suit up for camp soon, this may drop more.
Oronde Gadsden | TE 🧐
I’m just going to throw out a quick note on rookie TE Oronde Gadsden, who may also benefit from the loss of Mike Williams.
Gadsden is off to a great start in training camp and has a very weak depth chart ahead of him—and an offense that is light on playmakers after Ladd McConkey.
Los Angeles Rams
A couple of Rams tertiary players in Tutu Atwell and rookie TE Terrance Ferguson got talked up a bit recently.
Atwell is a player who should be in line for a decent role with the departure of Cooper Kupp, a player he has filled in well for before.
Both are interesting late-round fliers or deep-league targets.
Atwell’s ADP has started to move just slightly, but is still above 200. If he starts in front of Jordan Whittington in preseason, his ADP could drop significantly from there.
Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins recently traded away starting TE Jonnu Smith and traded for Darren Waller, who had retired. It’s impossible to know what to expect from Waller, but considering how dominant he was at points in his career remains a name to watch.
Tyreek Hill | WR 🚀
Hill has been showing his fitness this offseason and looks primed for a comeback sort of season.
His ADP on Underdog (22.9) has him going in the late second rounds now and is about 5-10 spots lower than his ADP on redraft sites. If he stays healthy in preseason, expect him to keep getting buzz.
Minnesota Vikings
J.J. McCarthy | QB 🚀
It’s safe to say this is the summer of J.J. McCarthy in Minnesota. There are a few other storylines like Jordan Mason potentially grabbing a bigger role than expected in the backfield, but the Vikings camp news will be McCarthy-focused.
He’s already drawn big praise from a former Vikings WR.
Right now, McCarthy is on fire on Underdog as his ADP has crept up to 121.9, which is 20+ spots lower than his redraft ADP.
He’s going in front of established QBs like Jordan Love and Justin Herbert on the regular. Preseason may give a glimpse of whether the heat on McCarthy is accurate or whether the early adapters may have bought a lemon, from a fantasy perspective.
New England Patriots
Drake Maye | QB 🚀
Maye is another second-year QB whose ADP has risen throughout the summer. He’s going around 115 on Underdog and 20+ spots ahead of his redraft ADP at the moment.
Unlike McCarthy, who didn’t take a regular-season snap last season, Maye had some really good moments in 2024 and will have Stefon Diggs at WR this season as a veteran presence. Diggs’ ADP is also on the move as he’s now sitting with a 79.7 ADP on Underdog and looks on track to be ready for training camp in his recovery from a torn ACL.
It feels like a solid camp from Maye will keep both these players popular.
New Orleans Saints
There isn’t a ton of big news to report from Saints camp. The team is expected to be one of the worst in the league.
Tyler Shough recently got a bit of steam from Jon Gruden of all people, but it’s unlikely anything but a couple of really good showings in preseason moves his ADP significantly.
Chris Olave is healthy and is going to be a polarizing pick this season, thanks to his concussion history and the fact that he’s attached to a poor QB situation in New Orleans.
His Underdog ADP hasn’t plummeted, though, as he’s still viewed as a solid risk/reward pick thanks to his talent and history.
New York Giants
Tyrone Tracy | RB 📉
Tracy’s ADP is now sitting at 104.0 on Underdog, which is only a few spots higher than rookie Cam Skattebo (111.0). This is a situation where we aren’t likely to know a whole lot about roles until these two take the field.
Tracy is certainly the person the market is selling right now, but with the ADP on these two getting so close, you also have to think that if Tracy plays with the starters in preseason, his ADP could go back down and separate from the rookie.
New York Jets
Justin Fields | QB 📈
Fields could end up being a huge value this season. He’s the entrenched starter, and his ADP of 100.2 on Underdog is still reasonable considering his rushing upside.
After a season with Aaron Rodgers, Fields' quiet leadership has started to win over his teammates as well, and almost all reports have been positive.
Philadelphia Eagles
The champs are running it back with the same offensive core. They do have a new OC in Kevin Patullo, who was the passing game coordinator last season.
Usage for players like Dallas Goedert and DeVonta Smith will be interesting to see in the preseason.
Goedert recently reworked his contract, and his connection with Patullo was getting talked up by beat reporters in June.
Goedert’s Underdog ADP is 138.6, which is slightly lower than on some redraft sites, so he’s become a bit of a popular late-round pick. He is still going well outside the top 8 at his position.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Kaleb Johnson | RB 📈
Kaleb Johnson’s ADP has separated from incumbent Jaylen Warren, who seems destined to be the lesser part of a committee again in 2025. Johnson’s ADP has risen to 69.9 on Underdog.
If Johnson plays in front of Warren in preseason, this could go lower, although the question marks around the Steelers' effectiveness on offense may hold him back a touch from getting too much steam.
San Francisco 49ers
Jauan Jennings | WR 💰
Jennings might hold out for a new contract and has requested a trade if he can’t come to an agreement with the 49ers.
This is a negative development, but with news out of San Francisco that both Ricky Pearsall and Brandon Aiyuk have been placed on the NFI to start training camp, his leverage over the 49ers is massive.
Jennings’ ADP is already sitting at 64.9 on Underdog, but if this contract issue gets resolved quickly it could come down. Outside of George Kittle, Jennings remains the 49ers' only trustworthy receiver at the moment.
Seattle Seahawks
Jaxon Smith-Njigba | WR 🧐
Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s ADP is worth watching as the preseason progresses. Despite DK Metcalf leaving, he’s still going outside the second round with a 33.1 ADP, which is higher than it is on many redraft sites.
As of now, the market is betting JSN may struggle with a new QB in Sam Darnold and a new offensive coordinator in Klint Kubiak. That sentiment may shift quickly if he balls out in preseason.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers' WR situation is worth watching.
Emeka Egbuka | WR 📈
Seems to be establishing himself well in Tampa Bay, and looks like a lock for at least 3WR sets to begin the year.
Baker Mayfield has already asserted he seems likely to be a starter from Day 1.
Egbuka’s Underdog ADP 87.9 ADP is already 20-30 spots lower than his redraft ADP. If Chris Godwin were to have an injury setback, it feels like he could go much lower still.
Chris Godwin | WR 🧐
Tampa Bay’s GM recently stated that he expects Godwin to be ready for Week 1.
Godwin is still going in front of Egbuka by about 20 spots on Underdog, but this situation could definitely flip as camp goes on.
Tennessee Titans
Tyjae Spears | RB🤔
Spears has been getting talked up by his coaches as the summer has progressed. However, what is interesting about Spears is that his ADP hasn’t moved much yet, if at all. That’s even with the fact that he had such a great end to last season.
At 124.9 on Underdog, he’s being priced as a cheaper handcuff and is going higher on Underdog than multiple redraft sites.
It’s possible the best ball market is wrong on this one.
Washington Commanders
The Commanders signed Von Miller this week, which should be a boost for their defense. This is a team with legit playoff/Super Bowl aspirations, and it has made significant moves this offseason to back that up.
Deebo Samuel | WR 💪
You can add WR Deebo Samuel to the list of “best shape of their life” candidates for this preseason.
Samuel is a player who Underdog players have been betting on. His 70.2 ADP is 20-30 spots lower than his redraft ADP on many sites.
If Samuel looks explosive again in preseason, he could get steamed up late in the summer, as the Commanders have a thin WR room as it is, and targets are available after they parted ways with Dyami Brown and Olamide Zaccheaus.
