Week 12 Fantasy Football Injury Report: Will Joe Burrow Play?

Adam Ronis and Jorge Martin produced Week 12 Fantasy Football Injury Report, featuring injury updates on Joe Burrow, Josh Jacobs and more.

We can’t make the fantasy football season stop because we have injuries. It trudges forward like a train, and all you can hope for is grabbing hold for dear life. Players with relative degrees of not playing this week are all over practically every roster. You won’t find Michael Penix Jr., Marvin Harrison Jr. and Drake London since they’re already out.

FYI, updates will be made leading up to early inactives on Sundary morning. Alright, let’s get into the injuries that are impacting fantasy

Week 12 Fantasy Football Injuries report

Quarterback

Burrow is coming off turf toe surgery and practiced in full Thursday for the second second straight day. While it was assumed Burrow would return on Thanksgiving, it’s shaping up to be a possibility Burrow returns on Sunday against the Patriots. The team could also be ramping up Burrow this week since the Bengals won’t have rigorous practices next week. Stay tuned for updates.

Dart was a limited participant in practice on Thursday for the second straight day after missing last week due to a concussion. Dart is still in the concussion protocol, but trending in the right direction and likely to play against the Lions. Here is where the Fantasy Life rankers put Dart.

CIN_bengals-logo.svg Joe Flacco (Cincinnati Bengals)

Flacco was limited in practice Thursday with a shoulder injury. Flacco took reps as the QB2 with Burrow back. If Burrow sits another week, Flacco is a high-end QB2.

Jones popped up on the injury report Thursday with a calf injury and was limited in practice. It doesn’t appear to be a concern yet.

PIT_steelers-logo.svg Aaron Rodgers (Pittsburgh Steelers)

Rodgers left last week’s game with a wrist injury and was a limited participant in practice Thursday. Rodgers is a low-end QB2 if he can play against the Bears.

Running Back

Jacobs was a limited participant in practice on Thursday with a knee injury. Jacobs left the game in the second quarter last week against the Giants. Jacobs said the issue is range of motion. Jacobs said the worst-case scenario is missing one game and then returning on Thanksgiving against the Lions. If Jacobs is out, Emanuel Wilson becomes a good play.

KC_chiefs-logo.svg Isiah Pacheco (Kansas City Chiefs)

Pacheco was limited in practice Thursday with a knee injury. He hasn’t played since Oct. 27. If he plays, he will split touches with Kareem Hunt, who gets most of the goal-line carries.

NE_patriots-logo.svg Rhamondre Stevenson (New England Patriots)

Stevenson was limited in practice Thursday for the second straight day. Stevenson has missed two games with a toe injury and TreVeyon Henderson has excelled in his absence. The early rankings love Henderson against the Bengals, and if Stevenson does play both could have productive games in a great matchup.

Wide Receiver

BTJ has been limited two practices to start the week. He was limited every practice and then was ruled inactive. We'lll be following this one when we have a definitive designation.

NYG_giants-logo.svg Darius Slayton (New York Giants)

Darius Slayton practiced for the first time since injuring his hamstring in Week 10. He was a limited participant on Thursday.

KC_chiefs-logo.svgXavier Worthy (Kansas City Chiefs)

After missing practice Wednesday with an ankle injury, Xavier Worthy was limited on Thursday. Worthy hasn’t been productive most of the season and especially since Rashee Rice returned. Worthy isn’t a recommended start.

TB_buccaneers-logo.svg Chris Godwin (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

We’ll believe it when he’s on the field taking snaps alongside Emeka Egbuka, but Godwin did practice in full on Thursday. If this continues, he could be headed for the first game action since Week 5.

Tight End

BAL_ravens-logo.svg Isaiah Likely (Baltimore Ravens)

Likely was limited in practice Thursday due to a calf injury. Likely hasn’t played a big role in the offense and isn’t a good start. If Likely is out, Andrews could see a few more targets.

CLE_browns-logo.svg David Njoku (Cleveland Browns)

Njoku didn’t practice for the second straight day with a knee injury. The Friday practice will be key for Njoku. If he sits against the Raiders, Harold Fannin Jr. gets a boost.
