Week 12 Late-Week Streamers: Andrei Iosivas, Luther Burden and More

Jonathan Fuller shares his top late-week waiver adds heading into Week 12 of the NFL season.

The holiday season is here, and we are quickly approaching the money weeks in fantasy football. The roster moves made over the next few weeks will determine who wins fantasy championships and who has to tell themselves that next year is their year.

With just three weeks left in the fantasy regular season, every league has split into the teams that are comfortably in playoff position and those that are fighting for a playoff bid. This article aims to help both types of teams with players you can pick up and start this week, and also players to stash for your playoff run.

As always, once you've finished this article, be sure to check out all the tools and advice Fantasy Life has to offer across waivers, start/sit projections, and rankings to help you finish the season strong.

CIN_bengals-logo.svg Andrei Iosivas, WR, Cincinnati Bengals - 11% rostered

This is a one-week recommendation, but if you need to stream a WR in Week 12, Andrei Iosivas is a great option. Not only is Ja'Marr Chase suspended for this week, but it looks like Joe Burrow may be back at QB for the Bengals' offense after logging a full practice on Wednesday.

Even if Burrow isn't back, Joe Flacco is more than capable of keeping this offense moving. This matchup sets up decently for Iosivas with the New England Patriots possessing a good offense, a stout run defense, and a strong top corner who is likely to shadow Tee Higgins for most of the game.

The Patriots are favored by 6 points, and the game has a 51.5 point total, so I like the environment and potential for the Bengals to have to throw the ball to keep up. Iosivas is currently the WR37 in Fantasy Life projections, which makes him a borderline WR3 with a decent ceiling if this game turns into a shootout.

He doesn't hold a ton of appeal for the rest of the season, but if you are in win-now mode, I like Iosivas as the best weekly streaming option who is available in nearly every league.

CHI_bears-logo.svg Luther Burden, WR, Chicago Bears - 10% rostered

I'm doubling down on Luther Burden after his rostered percentage only rose a couple of percentage points since last week. The rookie didn't have a big fantasy day, but he did post his highest route rate and target share of the season, and appears to have taken the WR3 job from Olamide Zaccheaus.

DJ Moore hasn't been particularly impressive this year with just a 15% TPRR rate. Burden has passed the eye test for me, so I think it is in the range of outcomes for him to end the year as the Bears' WR2 if he can continue to ascend and build chemistry with Caleb Williams.

Luther Burden

The Bears take on a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that has allowed the second-most half PPR points to opposing WRs this season. Burden is arguably my favorite WR stash for the rest of the season because I expect his role to continue to grow, and the Bears have weekly shootout potential.

LA_rams-logo.svg Blake Corum, RB, Los Angeles Rams - 15% rostered

It has been a multi-year running bit that Sean McVay always says he wants to take more of a committee approach to the backfield before proceeding to give Kyren Williams a workhorse role. We may finally be seeing that shift happen with Blake Corum handling 41% of the rush attempts over the Rams' last four games.

This increased role hasn't led to significant fantasy production, but the thing that stands out to me is that McVay has been willing to leave Corum in near the goal line. He hasn't hit for a TD yet, but if this split continue,s it is only a matter of time before Corum hits paydirt.

Blake Corum

Corum could be used as a desperation FLEX play in games where the Rams are heavily favored, and he also offers significant contingent upside if Kyren were to miss any time down the stretch. This combination of elite handcuff with potential standalone value is exactly the type of player I want to roster toward the end of the season.

Looking at the remaining schedule for the Rams, they should be heavy favorites in four of the six games between now and Week 17. If those games play out as expected, it will create opportunities for Corum to see an increased workload late in the game as the Rams try to keep Williams healthy for a deep playoff run.

JAC_jaguars-logo.svg Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars - 40% rostered

Another player who has been featured in this article before is Jaguars rookie RB Bhayshul Tuten. He needs to be more widely rostered than he is because of his massive breakout potential down the stretch.

The Tuten takeover was underway in Week 11 before the rookie injured his ankle, and Travis Etienne went on to score twice. I was fully prepared for Tuten to miss Week 12, but as of the Thursday practice reports, it actually appears Tuten is healthier than Etienne, who has been limited to non-contact practice participation. If Etienne is out or limited, that would catapult Tuten into the RB1/RB2 mix.

The Jaguars have shifted to a run-heavy offense over their last three games and should be able to continue that for at least their next two matchups against the Cardinals and Titans. I think that this coaching staff wants the workload to favor the rookie, and this stretch gives them the chance to do that in games where they are strong favorites.

I am a big fan of Tuten's talent and think he will seize the opportunity. There are few players who I am more excited to have on my bench for the rest of this season. He should be rostered in every league with 10 or more teams.

GB_packers-logo.svg Jayden Reed, WR, Green Bay Packers - 36% rostered

This is your reminder to check to see if Jayden Reed was dropped in your league. Reed isn't expected back in Week 12, but he should be back before the start of the fantasy playoffs and makes for a great bench stash, especially if you are already in playoff position. I wouldn't want to start him in his first game back, but matchups against the Bears in Week 16 and the Ravens in Week 17 are both spots where he could be startable in games with shootout potential. If you have an open roster spot, Reed is a high upside stash who could help you win a fantasy championship.
