Welcome To Fantasy HQ Powered By Mike's Hard Lemonade

Fantasy Life is proud to present Fantasy HQ, powered by Mike's Hard Lemonade, your next-generation fantasy football companion to guide you through every step of your league.

We’ve made some legit upgrades at Fantasy Life, but the one you absolutely need to know about? It’s called FantasyHQ—powered by our friends at Mike’s Hard Lemonade.

Think of Fantasy HQ as your fantasy football command center.

Sync your league—and I mean any league—and watch every tool, ranking, and projection transform to fit your exact league settings. No more “this kinda sorta applies” advice. We’re talking tailored insights, just for you.

Once you’re synced, head over to the League Hub for a clean, scroll-worthy dashboard of all your teams. Then, dive into My Roster, where the real fun begins—lineup advice, waiver help, trade analyzers, and yeah ... Cruise Control.

What’s Cruise Control? It’s our way of saying, “Hey, go enjoy your Sunday.” We’ll auto-set your best lineup and sync it across your apps. It’s like autopilot... if autopilot also hated your league-mates and wanted you to crush them.

And yes—Guillotine Leaguers, we see you. This is the only platform with Guillotine syncing and intelligent waiver help. No other tool is built for the thrill of the chop quite like this.

OK, enough gushing. Let's get into some of the nitty-gritty of Fantasy HQ and its endless possibilities ...

What Is The Fantasy HQ League Hub?

Fantasy HQ's League Hub is the most comprehensive fantasy football companion in the industry—your one-stop shop to track all of your fantasy football teams on one singular page.

At a high level, League Hub allows you to view all of your leagues, projected points for the week, pre-draft advice and analysis, and even your projected finishing position in Guillotine Leagues™️.

How To Use League Hub

Step 1 is syncing your league(s). To do this, click the “sync another league” button at the top of the left-hand side. From there, you will have the ability to link any team(s) that you have on ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, CBS, or Guillotine Leagues.

Once your leagues are synced, they’ll populate on the left-hand side of the screen, allowing you to scroll through to see high-level analysis, including projections and win probability of your matchup. You can then select a league to display in-depth analysis for that specific selection in the middle of the screen.

If your synced league has not drafted yet …

It’s time to prepare for your draft. To do so, League Hub is filled with elements to ensure that you feel confident when you step into the draft room, including:

  • Get Ready To Draft: Click this button to be redirected to our fantasy football cheat sheets, which are custom-fit to your specific league settings.
  • My Mock Drafts: View your completed mock drafts on Fantasy Life, including expert grades, who you drafted most like, your draft style, and more. Haven’t done a mock draft yet? You can click “New Mock Draft” to start one.
  • Prepare For Your Draft: Here you’ll find the latest and greatest fantasy football strategy articles from our team of analysts to help you prepare for your draft.
  • Rankings: View our expert rankers’ rankings based specifically on your league’s settings. You’ll see individual fantasy football rankings, consensus rankings (average of our experts), each player’s ADP, and their Utilization Score from last season.
  • Keepers: If applicable to your league, you can input the keepers for your team and others (for either snake or auction drafts) to customize your advice even further. Not sure who to keep? You can click into our Keeper Tool for help.

If your synced league has already drafted …

It’s time to look ahead. You have your roster, and so do your leaguemates. What’re you going to do about it? In addition to our experts weighing in with their thoughts on your roster/draft at the top, you have a plethora of resources available to help:

  • Matchup: Provides both a high-level overview up top and a player-by-player view of your next head-to-head matchup right below. This includes your team’s projection and win probability, player minutes remaining, and how close to optimal (by our projections and logic) your starting lineup is. The more granular player-by-player matchup view is closer to what you’d traditionally expect to see when looking at fantasy football matchups.
    • In Guillotine Leagues, the high-level view of your matchup will show where your team is in relation to the rest of your leaguemates, as well as the projected chop line, as well as your projected finishing position.
    • To optimize your lineup, click the “View Optimal Lineup” dropdown menu and select your preferred lineup: Current Lineup, Optimize Lineup, Boom Lineup (high ceiling), Safe Lineup (high floor).
  • Mike’s 6 Pack: Displays six free agents to win your week, sortable by position, and includes player projections for you to compare to who’s already in your lineup above.
  • This Week’s Matchups: Here you’ll find your players’ specific matchups and the DvP of those, as well as the fantasy boost from the matchup, whether it’s a good matchup or a bad one. You can click “View Full DvP” to see full defense versus position data for the week at hand.
  • Trending Up: View who’s trending up and their roster percentages for the provider your league is hosted on. You will also see an indicator if a player/s from the list is rostered on your team.
  • Boom or Bust: Get a deep dive into your team’s projections for the week. Here, you’ll see what your probabilities of a boom week or a bust week are and what the scoring numbers of each would be. You can also see your team’s current projection versus your opponent’s (as well as their boom and bust probabilities).
  • Injured Players: This is the injury report for your matchup, displaying players on both your team and your opponent’s who are injured, and how many fantasy points they’re projected to account for. You can click “View All” to view a full injury report for the week, regardless of whose roster the players are on.
  • Trade Analyzer: This presents you with buy-low and sell-high players to target based on their current production and their Utilization Score. Often, if a player is producing far more fantasy points than their Utilization Score indicates they should, they’re a prime sell-high candidate (and vice-versa).

How To Use The Fantasy HQ My Roster Tool

The “My Roster” feature of Fantasy HQ drills down everything you need to know about your team, player by player.

To start, select the league you want to examine from the “Leagues” dropdown menu, and then the team. It will default to your team, but you have the ability to view your leaguemates’ roster breakdowns, too.

Once you have selected your league/team to view, you have the ability to optimize your starting lineup in the “Lineup” dropdown menu, including:

  • Current Lineup
  • Optimize Lineup
  • Boom Lineup
  • Safe Lineup

From there, you are ready to dive into the My Roster Tool. See below for the specific elements.

Viewing Your Roster

The first thing you’ll see is a rather traditional view of your roster, including starters and your bench spots. The following data will be displayed for each player:

  • DvP of the upcoming opponent
  • Start%
  • Utilization Score
  • Bust%
  • Projection
  • Boom%
  • Danger
  • Roster%
  • Rankings

Each of the respective columns can be hovered over on the title for further explanation of the metric.

Below the roster view, you’ll see various elements that drill down into different aspects of your roster, including the specific strengths and weaknesses of your roster—sorted by position—buy-low and sell-high candidates, and so, so much more.
