Tier 2 – Dalton Schultz

Schultz projects poorly in most models based on his overall body of work this season. However, he battled an MCL injury early and has come alive over the last four games, averaging 49.8 receiving yards.

His target rates have been elite at 31%, 33%, 23%, and 23%, and he is the No. 2 option in a Cowboys passing attack averaging 250 yards over the last four games.

Schultz is a mid-range TE1.

Additional TE Notes & Movers:

  • Tier 2 – T.J. Hockenson has a gaudy 83% route participation and 26% target share in his first three games with the Vikings. He has surpassed a fading Adam Thielen as the clear No. 2 option in a pass-first attack seeking a division title. The former first-round pick is a high-end TE1.
  • Tier 4 – Dawson Knox posted a season-high 28% target share last week, but his season total remains low at 12%. He is a boom-bust high-end TE2.
