Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Deep Dive. Week 11
The Waiver Wire is crucial to fantasy football success, so we've created the Waiver Wire Hub to help you dominate your league.
I'll be using Yahoo's "percentage rostered" data. Players are listed in order of priority by position. Most of the players listed are available in at least 75% percent of leagues.
Christian Watson
- Available in 92% of leagues
The breakout games were aplenty on Sunday as rookie WR Christian Watson torched the Cowboys with a line of 4/107/3 on eight targets. Those were career-best marks across the board as QB Aaron Rodgers might finally have found a reliable weapon on offense. Watson, an early second-round draft pick, has all the physical attributes you want in a wideout. His role (and Rodgers’ trust) should continue to grow in the weeks ahead.

Rachaad White
- Available in 56% of leagues
Speaking of breakout games, rookie RB Rachaad White might have taken the lead in what has been a growing committee with incumbent veteran RB Leonard Fournette. White earned 22 carries (same as his previous four games combined) and totaled 105 rushing yards.

Most notably, Fournette (14 carries) left with a hip injury and did not return. The Buccaneers are on bye next week, but White needs to be added in all formats.
FAAB: 70%
Kadarius Toney
- Available in 49% of leagues
The breakout game for WR Kadarius Toney finally happened. Just two games into his tenure as a Chief, Toney led all receivers in targets (five), racked up 57 receiving yards and a TD, and even tallied two rushing attempts. It should be noted that this breakout came under pretty ideal circumstances for the 2nd year WR.
JuJu Smith-Schuster took a big hit in the 2nd quarter and was ruled out for the rest of the day. In addition, Mecole Hardman was ruled out prior to the game, setting the stage for Toney's big performance.

Without WR Hardman active this week, Toney filled that dual role admirably. He also jumped from nine snaps in Week 9 to 34 snaps this week (PFF). He’s a must-add in all formats, as his role should only continue to expand.

Additional Waiver Targets
Isiah Pacheco
- Available in 76% of leagues
Rookie RB Isiah Pacheco has had an erratic season from an opportunity perspective. He now has three games with double-digit rushing attempts and four games with no more than three carries. However, he appears to have solidified his role as the RB1 over fellow RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who did not log a single carry for the first time this season. Pacheco should remain the early-down option moving forward.
FAAB: 30%
Donovan Peoples-Jones
- Available in 65% of leagues
The TDs will (hopefully) come at some point, but until then WR Donovan Peoples-Jones continues to be an underrated fantasy asset. He has topped 70 receiving yards in five of his last six games and is averaging more than 62 snaps per game (PFF) this season. Fellow WR Amari Cooper continues to draw primary coverage from opposing defenses which makes Peoples-Jones an ideal fantasy target.

Parris Campbell
- Available in 82% of leagues
The return of QB Matt Ryan helped the entire Colts offense this week, especially WR Parris Campbell. Campbell tied or led all pass-catchers in targets, receptions, and receiving yards and even scored his third TD of the season. As long as new head coach Jeff Saturday keeps Ryan under center, Campbell should continue to have fantasy relevance, especially in PPR formats.
FAAB: 15%
Treylon Burks
- Available in 79% of leagues
A highly-touted rookie, WR Treylon Burks returned from IR to post a modest stat line of three receptions for 24 yards. However, he did tie his season-best in targets with six. The Titans remain a run-first team but QB Ryan Tannehill has demonstrated an ability to support fantasy-relevant wideouts in the past. Burks is worth a stash for his athletic upside and potential for late-season, league-winning upside.
FAAB: 15%
Van Jefferson
- Available in 93% of leagues
In his third game back, WR Van Jefferson finally recorded a catch, and thankfully more. After two catchless games, Jefferson was one of the few bright spots for the Rams who played without QB Matthew Stafford and are awaiting news for their injured star WR Cooper Kupp. Jefferson only caught three passes but one was a TD. If Kupp is forced to miss time, Jefferson will see an expanded role.
FAAB: 10%
Jerick McKinnon
- Available in 84% of leagues
Two RBs for the Chiefs make the list this week. Veteran RB Jerick McKinnon continues to make himself a viable option for QB Patrick Mahomes. McKinnon is averaging five targets per game over his last five games and has become the ideal outlet option on this potent offense. He hasn’t had more than three carries in a game since Week 5 but his PPR value, and key role on a Mahomes-led offense, makes him an ideal stash this week.
FAAB: 10%
Darius Slayton
- Available in 94% of leagues
Veteran WR Darius Slayton has been a recommendation of mine in recent weeks, and he continues to pay dividends for managers who roster him. He now has 60 receiving yards or a TD in four of his last five games and is averaging more than five targets per game in that span. Slayton has also seen an increase in snaps in each of the last five weeks (PFF). He’s a widely-available wideout with utility in almost all formats.
FAAB: 10%
Zay Jones
- Available in 78% of leagues
Veteran WR Zay Jones continues to post WR3/Flex level numbers each week as the WR2 for the Jaguars. He’s topped 60 snaps in five consecutive games (PFF). Jones also has 40 receiving yards in six of nine games but only has one TD this year. He is a viable option in PPR formats but fantasy managers will have to wait a week as the Jaguars are on bye next week.
FAAB: 10%
Kyren Williams
- Available in 58% of leagues
Rookie RB Kyren Williams made his debut and posted three receptions (on three targets) for 30 yards. That’s the type of passing game involvement fantasy managers were hoping for. If WR Cooper Kupp misses any time, the Rams could lean on Williams as another option in their passing attack.
FAAB: 10%
Foster Moreau
- Available in 84% of leagues
Veteran TE Darren Waller will spend at least the next four games on the sideline after being placed on IR this past week. Fellow TE Foster Moreau, who has already been seeing added work this season in Waller’s absence, scored his first TD of the season. Moreau now has at least four targets in six straight games and is an intriguing option at a shallow position.

Terrace Marshall Jr.
- Available in 81% of leagues
It was a disappointing week for one of our top waiver additions from last week, but the arrow for WR Terrace Marshall Jr. is still pointing up. He still has at least 40 receiving yards or a TD in three straight games and has the profile and draft capital you want in a league-winning player. Better days are ahead for the sophomore wideout.
FAAB: 7%
Trey McBride
- Available in 100% of leagues
Veteran TE Zach Ertz is expected to miss multiple weeks with the knee injury he sustained this week. This opens the door for rookie TE Trey McBride to assume a larger role. Heading into Week 10, McBride had just three receptions on the year but he did see 71 snaps (PFF) on Sunday. That far surpassed his previous high-water mark of 58. He’s a worthy stash for now but his involvement in the passing game remains to be seen.
FAAB: 5%
Ben Skowronek
- Available in 99% of leagues
The utility of WR Ben Skowronek entirely depends on the health of fellow WR Cooper Kupp. It sounds like Kupp may have avoided the worst case scenario regarding his leg injury but we are waiting on more news to come out. If he were to miss time, Skowronek, along with WRs Allen Robinson and Van Jefferson, should see an expanded role. Skowronek earned seven targets this week and QB Matthew Stafford should be back under center next week.
FAAB: 3%
Jaylen Warren
- Available in 73% of leagues
Rookie RB Jaylen Warren received some hype this week about the potential for a growing role in the Steelers backfield, but it might have to wait another week. While Warren saw a season-high nine carries, sophomore RB Najee Harris also carried the ball a season-high 20 times. Warren has been explosive and efficient but appears to be stuck behind Harris for the time being.
FAAB: 3%
Nico Collins
- Available in 87% of leagues
I don’t normally feel comfortable recommending anyone on the Texans but WR Nico Collins has strung together a quietly productive campaign. He has at least 30 receiving yards in all but one game and is averaging almost six targets per game on the year.
FAAB: 1%
QB Streamers for Week 11
Taylor Heinicke
- Available in 87% of leagues
This was written ahead of the Monday Night Football game but QB Taylor Heinicke has quickly become the ideal streaming option at the position. His production-to-cost ratio has been excellent. He’s averaging more than 22 points per game over the last three weeks and is still available in almost 90% of leagues. With four teams on bye next week, Heinicke is a solid option.
FAAB: 3%
Matt Ryan
- Available in 89% of leagues
QB Matt Ryan was back under center for the Colts as new head coach Jeff Saturday went back to the veteran. Ryan topped 220 passing yards to go along with 38 rushing yards and two total TDs. The Colts look much better this week and Ryan immediately becomes a viable steamer with four teams on bye next week.
FAAB: 3%
Defense Streamer for Week 11
Cincinnati Bengals
- Available in 73% of leagues
The Cincinnati Bengals square off with their division rivals next week when they take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers are averaging 15 points per game and have only scored more than 20 points one time this year (Week 1). Rookie QB Kenny Pickett is still growing as a signal caller which should afford the Bengals ample opportunities on defense. The Bengals have tallied 14 sacks and racked up 12 takeaways. Coming off their bye, they should be well rested.
