CBS Fantasy Football ADP Risers and Fallers
Matthew Freedman shares some standout ADP risers and fallers on CBS, along with whether he'd recommend buying, selling, or holding.
On our revamped Fantasy Life ADP Draft Board, we have not only the average draft position (ADP) for every fantasy-relevant NFL player on almost any fantasy game platform you can think of, but we also show week-over-week ADP changes.
Booyah!
Here are some of this week's notable ADP risers and fallers on CBS, as well as some quick notes and whether I'm buying, selling, or holding the players at the new prices.

Risers
WR Ja'Marr Chase (Bengals - ADP: 2.3, +2.1)
Even with this move up, Ja'Marr Chase is still cheaper on CBS than he is on all the other big platforms, where he's the consensus No. 1 pick. Just last year, he had a Triple Crown 127-1,708-17 receiving campaign. If I can get the league's most productive WR without needing to use the 1.01 to get him, I'll be tempted to do it. He was my top overall pick in a recent TD-only mock draft. Action: Buy
RB Christian McCaffrey (49ers - ADP: 9.7, +5.5)
Last year, Christian McCaffrey was the No. 1 pick in most leagues, he's now healthy, and many of the other non-QB skill-position players on the team are dealing with injuries. McCaffrey could explode. In my projections, he's one of the few guys in the middle of RBs with 50+ targets and RBs with 10+ TDs. Action: Buy
TE Tyler Warren (Colts - ADP: 113.8, +21.5)
The Colts will likely have a run-heavy offense, especially if QB Anthony Richardson is the Week 1 starter, and the rookie Warren will need to compete for targets with WRs Michael Pittman, Josh Downs, Alec Pierce, and Adonai Mitchell. Action: Sell
WR Emeka Egbuka (Buccaneers - ADP: 122.1, +27.6)
Egbuka is one of my favorite 2025 fantasy bench picks, but he's still too cheap on CBS, especially for a guy with good draft capital (Round 1), athleticism (4.42-second 40-yard dash), and college production (81-1,011-10 receiving last year). Action: Buy
WR Keenan Allen (Chargers - ADP: 135.3, +31.7)
I expect the Chargers to feature a slow, run-heavy offense, and the 33-year-old Keenan Allen will be at best the No. 2 WR behind Ladd McConkey. Meh. Action: Sell
QB Cam Ward (Titans - ADP: 146.5, +50.5)
Ward played reasonably well in Week 1 of the preseason, and he has decent running ability (60-204-4 rushing last year, including sacks). That said, he's still a rookie, he has modest skill-position players around him, and offensive HC Brian Callahan is still developing as a playcaller. Action: Hold
Fallers
RB Joe Mixon (Texans - ADP: 58.8, -12.0)
The 29-year-old Mixon (foot/ankle) is out with injuries that have lingered since last season—and he's uncertain for Week 1. Action: Sell
RB Najee Harris (Chargers - ADP: 88.7, -12.3)
Najee Harris (eye) is still dealing with an injury he suffered on the Fourth of July in a fireworks-related incident, but he has at least started practicing, and I expect his hard-nosed running style to appeal to OC Gregg Roman. Plus, Harris hasn't had fewer than 1,200 scrimmage yards in any season of his career. That said, Harris is still way more expensive on CBS than on any other platform. There's no way anyone can responsibly invest at this price. Action: Sell
RB Quinshon Judkins (Browns - ADP: 105.1, -11.1)
The second-round rookie continues to fall down the draft board. He was arrested earlier in the summer for misdemeanor domestic battery and is still not with the team, which seems disinclined to formalize an agreement with him until his legal issues are settled—but that might not be until 2026. I imagine Judkins will fall farther from here. Action: Sell
WR Quentin Johnston (Chargers - ADP: 129.5, -27.3)
I liked Quentin Johnston earlier this offseason—but then the Chargers added veteran WR Keenan Allen … and Johnston still needs to compete with rookies Tre Harris and KeAndre Lambert-Smith for playing time. Not good. Action: Sell
WR Rashid Shaheed (Saints - ADP: 161.9, -19.9)
He's cheaper on CBS than any other platform, he can line up all across the formation, he's a first-team All-Pro returner who gets the ball via the pass attack and the ground game, and he's an explosive receiver (10.4 yards per target). Plus, Cooter Doodle likes him. Action: Buy
WR Marvin Mims (Broncos - ADP: 205.0, -28)
I recently discussed Marvin Mims with Ian Hartitz on the Fantasy Life Show. He's a first-team All-Pro returner, he has second-round draft capital, he has produced through the air (10.4 yards per target) and gotten opportunities on the ground (22 carries in two years) … and then he had a full-time role with the first-team offense in Week 1 of the preseason. He's way too cheap. Action: Buy, Buy, Buy
